ElfSurgery.com

A privacy-first database of gender-affirming surgeons worldwide.

ElfSurgery is a comprehensive, privacy-first database for researching gender-affirming surgeons worldwide. It helps trans and non-binary people compare prices, read reviews, and make informed decisions about FFS, top surgery, bottom surgery, and related procedures. It carries no advertising, requires no account, and accepts no payment from surgeons or clinics for placement or reviews.

Privacy first

The site collects minimal data, allows anonymous browsing and reviews, never sells user data, uses no third-party tracking, and deletes verification documents after processing. Healthcare research should be private; the architecture reflects that.

Community-driven

The database is built and maintained by the community. Every review, every price update, and every new surgeon listing comes from people who want to help others on their journey. Information is compiled from official clinic websites, medical board registrations, and community contributions; pricing is gathered from published price lists and verified community submissions. Corrections and firsthand accounts are welcomed.

Host of the Elfcyclopedia

ElfSurgery.com is also the host of the Elfcyclopedia, a methodological triptych of three connected projects on trans-relevant evidence and infrastructure: What Actually Works, a systematic evidence review of passing interventions; Elfvaluation, a fifteen-variable analysis of anti-trans claims; and The Rankings, an evaluation of trans-supporting organisations on a dollar-for-good test. The triptych shares ElfSurgery's commitments — transparency, citation, and the refusal to round uncertainty out of the numbers.
